Blocara connects real estate owners with vetted home-service providers (e.g., roofers, HVAC, plumbers, and other trades). This policy describes what we collect, how we use it, when we share it, and the choices you have—including rights under GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and similar laws.

This policy applies to Blocara.com and related pages, forms, and tools we operate (collectively, the “Services”). For EU/UK visitors, Blocara Real Estate Services is the “controller.” For U.S. visitors, we are a “business” under the CCPA/CPRA.
